LVMUN

Crisis

The delegates will be take up the seats of an executive board of a large corporation, and will have to react to changing conditions. During the conference, the delegates will have a chance to react to the crisis, and their decisions will have a direct impact on the further scenario. The knowledge of Economics/and or Business is not required, but preferred.

United Nations Security Council

The United Nations Security Council is one of the principal organs of the United Nations, it discusses various urgent topics. The resolutions written by the Security Council are legally binding.
UNSC in LVMUN will only have 15 delegates in total, and will facilitate as a medium of exchange in opinions. Previous MUN experience is highly recommended.

Disarmament and International Security Committee

Disarmament and International Security Committee is usually abbreviated as DISEC. No previous experience is required to take part in the committee, and all the delegates will be taught rules of procedure.

Legal

This Committee of the General Assembly (Legal) will focus on legal questions in the conference. No previous MUN experience is required, however, legal background is highly recommended.

Economic and Financial Committee

The Economic and Financial Council - ECOFIN - deals with topics concerning finance and economics, income inequality and more. The delegates willing to take part in the committee require no previous experience of participating in MUN, nonetheless, previous knowledge of Economics and Finance is a plus.
