LVMUN

​To secure your place at LVMUN 2015, you have to submit a payment to our bank account no later than February 9th. The delegation fee includes 3 lunches during the event and the delegate package.

We advise you to use the services of Transferwise or other similar services, as cheap and secure means of money transfers. If your country is not supported by Transferwise, you can make a bank transaction. Only under exceptional circumstances will we accept payments in cash during the conference. Unfortunately, we do not support PayPal payments. 

 

Attention: The delegate fee is non-refundable. 

For non-EU citizens: Please note that LVMUN cannot guarantee you assistance in making visas.

 

Once the payment is complete, within one week you will receive an acceptance letter via email in which further details will be listed. Failure to pay by the deadline (9th February) will risk your place at LVMUN.
