After we receive your registration, we will send out a confirmation with payment details. Please note that the conference fee covers only a fraction of costs. The fee includes the delegate package, lunch during the conference, and all the Social events We apologize , but we are unable to accept payments in cash or via PayPal, hence we kindly ask you to make a bank transfer. You can read more about it under 'Making a Payment'. Please note that receiving confirmation regarding your registration does not mean that your place has been confirmed; it is not secured till we receive your payment and make a country and committee allocation.
