Co-Chair
AGNIESZKA WIDLASZEWSKA
Dear Delegates!
I will have a pleasure of co-chairing ECOFIN committee at LVMUN 2014. Originally I’m from Poland, however currently I study European Social and Political Studies at UCL in London. This is my 7th conference; I started doing MUN back in high school, where I took part in the organisation of Polish biggest high school conference – WawMUN. That’s also where I had my first experience as a chair, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Knowing the perspective of both a delegate and a chair I will do my best to make ECOFIN debate as engaging as possible, nevertheless it’s mostly up to you to make the most of this conference.
Looking forward to seeing you in Riga!

Co-Chair
ANDRIUS VENCKUNAS
Distinguished fellow delegates,Please let me express my genuine impatience to meet and get acquainted with you. While teamworking with my colleagues Agnieszka and Kuba, I will be looking forward to see you debating and negotiating in a professional manner on these critical topics we do have today!Being a master student of public international law in Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius), I find myself being passionately driven by the interest into the global affairs. I have exploited this two-fold profile of mine in 3 previous Model UN conferences in 3 different capitals: Riga, Vilnius and Copenhagen. Interesting fact: everything has started from LVMUN and then… there’s a saying: “once you pop, you can’t stop!” This is what happened to me. See you in Riga!
